An elegant hanging basket complete with Tom Chambers innovative ‘WaterSave’ liner featuring a biodegradable membrane to retain water, meaning less watering.

Fill with a layer of compost, cut small sections into the liner and push your chosen plants through. Continue with this method adding a layer of plants until you reach the rim. Plant up the top of the hanging basket.
